This list of local happy hour spots seeks to highlight new and diverse restaurants while spotlighting popular Chicago neighborhoods. Whether you’re WFH(working from home) or working on the roam, save yourself a few dollars and enjoy these Chicago happy hours.

West Loop – Aba, 302 N. Green Street

Aba is a popular Mediterranean restaurant located in Chicago’s historic Fulton Market District. Every Sunday through Thursday during happy hour, the lighter style of Meditteran cooking can be enjoyed with shareable plates like the “All of our Favorite Spreads” for $15 or a selection of Flatbreads for $9.95. In addition to the delicious bites, sip on select Sommelier selected wines and local beers ranging between $5 – $7 each at this chic and airy restaurant and bar.

Happy Hour is available Monday, Wednesday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

River North – Solita Tacos, 431 N. Wells St

Solita Taco is a hot spot for taco aficionados looking for a well-worth happy hour to partake in, the restaurant’s must-try weekday happy hour. This includes food specials like 2 for $7 or 4 for $12 street tacos and an $8 Vampiro taco, the restaurant’s best-selling taco made with a double cheesy tortilla. And what is a happy hour without some delicious cocktails to indulge in? Drink specials like Solita’s margaritas for $7 can be ordered either classic or flavored to be a strawberry, mango, pineapple, watermelon, or guava margarita to make it a well-worth few hours to end the day.

Logan Square – Ludlow Liquors, 2959 N California Ave

Start your week off with laughter and libations at Ludlow Liquors. Every Sunday – Thursday, the funky retro bar in Logan Square offers up drinks like $2 Hamm’s, $3 Shots of Bourbon or Tequila, and $9 Craft Cocktails. Pair your drink with a $6 Chicago Style Dog or Dog of the Week, also available in a vegetarian option.

Happy Hour is available Sunday – Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Loop –PORTER Kitchen & Deck,150 N Riverside Plaza

Located on the edge of the Chicago River, PORTER Kitchen & Deck is a craft American restaurant with a prime location in The Loop. The elegant and relaxed dining location hosts a happy hour every Thursday and Friday. Guests can enjoy $9 Select Wines and Old Fashioneds by the glass, $8 Classic Margaritas, and $7 Mules. Enjoy views and great drinks that are a perfect introduction into the weekend.

River West – The Dawson, 730 West Grand Ave
