Working from Fulton at the Hoxton Hotel for an engaging Q&A session with local fashion designer and style icon Maria Pinto. We’ll discuss the fashion industry in Chicago at large, but we’ll also use fashion as a lens to examine other important topics for today’s entrepreneurs, including how to stay relevant, how to overcome adversity and embrace change, and what the future holds. 20th Annual Chicago Polar Plunge

Whether you go knee high, waist high or take the full plunge, all are welcome to attend! The 20th Annual Chicago Polar Plunge is an annual tradition that supports the Special Olympics Chicago and over 7,500 athletes. There is no registration fee and all fundraisers receive a souvenir long-sleeved t-shirt, warm towel when exiting the water, free photo downloads, and post-event food. Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater returns to the Auditorium Theatre, at Roosevelt University this month for their annual spring performance series. The company, known for changing the perception of American dance, will feature six different performance this year, including several inspiring new works, as well as Ailey’s masterpiece Revelations. Visit Navy Pier this March for Holi, a Hindu spring festival celebrated in India and Nepal, also known as the “festival of colors” or the “festival of love.” Participate in the colorful Holi tradition.
