This month’s Haute Happy Hour roundup is all about the midsummer vibes. The August list to Haute Happy Hour in Chicago consists of cool hangouts, classic bars, and of course, rooftop ‘haute’ spots.

Mondays
River North – River Roast, 315 N. LaSalle St.
Mondays are made for champagne and chicken. The new combo, now being offered at River Roast, is the perfect way to kick off the workweek. For $35 guests can enjoy a bottle house sparking, and seasoned fried chicken gobbets with honey. Happy Hour at River Roast also includes additional items such as Rose & Oysters combo for $35, Charcuterie plates, Farmers Market Crudite, Shrimp Ceviche, Burrata, Lobster Burger, and more. Drink deals include their Daily Punch ($7), Rotating Can ($5), and House Wine ($6/glass, $27/bottle).

Tuesdays

Wednesdays
UIC – Bureau Bar, 724 W Maxwell St.
