Chelsey Carter, a contestant on the popular fashion design-focused show will host a viewing of the 4th Episode of her appearance on the show. Start your new year off with a Chicago fitness class during Free Fitness Week. Courtesy of the Chicago Park District, register to use any of the city’s 70 fitness centers with “state-of-the-art equipment” or visit 25 locations that have lap swimming. Take advantage of this opportunity to work out for free in all Chicago Park District fitness centers throughout the city. Ice Skating in Millennium Park

Grab your skates and a few friends for a spin around the ice at Millennium Park. The annual Chicago winter tradition of ice skating at the downtown park is free and open to the public. A Tribute to Herbie Hancock

Mellow out to the melodic tunes of the Hyde Park Jazz Society this weekend at the Promontory in Chicago. Hyde Park Jazz Society presents “A Tribute to Herbie Hancock” featuring pianist Alexis Lombre with special guest Jahari Stampley. The all-ages event features pianists Alexis Lombre and Jahari Stampley join forces to pay tribute to their hero and fellow south side Chicagoan, Herbie Hancock!
