Discover something new for your wardrobe, collect a piece of Goodman history, or nab the perfect Halloween costume—direct from the Goodman’s world-class costume artisans. From couture gowns to fashionable headwear and more, a trove of treasures await. Most prices range from $1 – $300. Cash and credit card only, all sales are final. The Wicker Collective Warehouse Sale

The Wicker Collective hosts its 10th Biannual Multi-boutique Warehouse Sale this weekend in Wicker Park. The neighborhood event brings together 15 local boutiques clearing out their inventory below cost to make space for next seasons new arrivals. I Grow Chicago will host its 2nd gala to fund an entire house for their Peace Campus. The gala will feature delectable bites and delicious wine. Spend the evening socializing, enjoying food and drink, dancing the night away to amazing music, and bidding on an array of amazing silent auction items, wellness packages, and a painting by local South Side artist. Elevate Chicago Dance 2018

Chicago Dancemakers Forum celebrates its 15th Anniversary year with Elevate Chicago Dance 2018, a full-day of free performances, installations, workshops, and discussions by 45 Chicago dancemaker. The Elevate Chicago Dance 2018 artists, through a diverse range of dance and interdisciplinary works, make connections with current ideas about the dynamics between race, social spaces, and personal and body histories. Filipinx is a celebratory event created and curated by King Marie to exhibit the art, music, and perspectives of those with a cultural identity stemming from the Philippine Islands. This weekend, I will be hosting an event for my professional network, Art of the Hustle! Friday I will enjoy a much needed day off.
