The event brings together items from over 80 vendors, ranging from stationary to apothecary goods. The shopping event will also include a beauty bar, as well as a food hall featuring emerging culinary brands and makers from the food incubator, The Hatchery Chicago. Chicago’s Fashion Week: Ready To Wear

The event will feature a curated video re-cap of Fall/Winter 2018 runway trends from around the world, followed by a panel discussion on trends related to menswear, beauty, accessories, and interiors and its relevancy to local businesses. What could be better than locally crafted coffee and dessert after a long day of Cinco de Mayo/Kentucky Derby Day debauchery? The new festival known as Awake & Bake is here to find out. This Sunday, make your way to Wicker Park for a free festival pairing some of the city’s most well-known coffees with some of the city’s best pies. 8th Annual All You Can Eat Crawfish Boil

Bask in the sun while enjoying an all you can eat crawfish boil this weekend at Reggie’s in the South Loop. The well-known music venue will host its annual event of all you can eat crawfish along with all of the fixins’. The buffet will include food, access to rooftop activities, live music, and more. Help cats and dogs find their forever home this weekend during the Empty the Shelters events sponsored by BISSELL Pet Foundation. The organization will pay for all adoption fees during this one-day event at the Chicago Animal Care and Control (CACC)! Pets adopted through CACCare spayed/neutered and receive their rabies shots, vaccinations, and microchips. Dogs also get heartworm tests and city licenses. Free One Day Acting Workshop

Latinx Nation 18th Annual Benefit

As communities in Chicago continuously change, Heaven Gallery seeks to still honor the arts and culture cultivated from the historically Native American trail known as Milwaukee Ave. Join the Wicker Park-based gallery for an evening that commemorates Chicago’s Latinx heritage through and victories of all native people through live entertainment, art, food, and a silent auction.
