IPR x SAIC Visiting Artist Series: Cam Be

This weekend’s workshop features local artist Cam Be, an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker who has interviewed and documented iconic artists such as Maya Angelou, Lauryn Hill, Common, Theaster Gates, Questlove, and Hebru Brantley, amongst others. Celebrate boss ladies in Chicago during Lady Vibes, an all-day event featuring a mischievous playground of Chicago based female-identified artists. From art instructors to tattoo artists, sculptors to illustrators, community advocates to facilitators, this exhibition strives to create an inclusive environment for the many facets of what it means to be a woman in the arts.
