The party never stops in the West Loop, and we can contribute that entirely to Greek Town. The 28th annual culinary festival on Halsted returns this weekend. The epicenter of the city’s acclaimed Greek restaurant scene for decades is the home to important Mediterranean culture. The three-day celebration will feature neighborhood eats, live entertainment, and plenty of fun for the whole family. It is definitely one of my favorite festivals in the city. Check it out for yourself and see why. Opa!

What I’m Seeking:

This week I plan on attending the opening reception of Not A Still Life on Thursday. Friday my evening is up in the air, but an event at the nightclub Lite called Wine & Grind( Insecure or nah) sounds kind of interesting. Saturday I’ll be switching up my hair style, which is an all day task. Hopefully, I can stop by the Taste of Vegan at Chicago State as well. That evening I plan on attending a fight party, if you are hosting one of your own, please let me know! Sunday its church, a possible day party, and hopefully Taste of Greek Town. There is a lot to do and see on my agenda, stay in tune and see what I am seeking  @thehauteseeker.

Have an event to about fashion, food, the arts, or community good? Give me the details! Fill out the contact form below, and I’ll be sure to include it in an upcoming Weekend Seeker’s Guide.
