Plant Chicago is a food production space held located in the city’s South Side Back of the Yards neighborhood. The annual festival supports the mission circular food economies, energy conservation, and material usage. The fest will feature interactive workshops, food vendors, a farmers market, and plenty of entertainment all focused around sustainably and locally sourced goods.
