The Floral Switchup

The city has experienced some pretty warm autumn days as of recently. With temperatures in the high 70’s, it’s great to take advantage of the little things, like bare legs and bright colors.

Blouse: Unknown, T.J. Maxx Skirt: Ted Baker, Bloomingdale’s Sneakers: Converse, Nordstrom’s Rack Cap: H&M

This HTWITW focuses is all about office chic style. I wore the essential white blouse( it is seriously a ‘must-have’), paired with a high-waisted dark floral skirt, and black booties. The jewelry was fairly simple, compared to what I rock on most days, a silver and gold multi chain necklace and oversized studs.

This fall floral outfit is a great transition piece from work to play. It’s easy to switch up for an after-work event, like the MLB playoffs( Go Cubs)! Want to keep the floral the focus? Create a sporty after work look by trading in the heels to Converse, eliminate the necklace, and add a dark-colored baseball cap.

How would you style today’s look?
